Our client is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to act as a central communication hub, ensuring every guest interaction is seamless, professional, and reflective of true luxury standards. This is a fast-paced, highly visible role where you will play a key part in shaping the guest journeyfrom first contact through to departureby delivering exceptional service and coordinating requests across departments. Key Responsibilities • Handle all incoming calls and guest communications with professionalism and warmth, • Coordinate guest requests across departments to ensure smooth delivery, • Manage guest feedback and profiles to support personalised experiences, • Provide accurate information on hotel services and local area, • Support Front Office operations, including arrivals, departures, and busy periods About You • Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role, • Strong communication skills and confident guest interaction, • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, • Calm and professional under pressure, • Experience with front office systems (e.g. Opera or similar) is desirable, • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences ...
