Alchemy Global Talent Solutions are working with a prestigious client who are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by securing new business, managing key accounts, and fostering relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, hospitality, and customer relationship management, with a passion for exceeding targets and enhancing guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities to maximise hotel revenue., • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate clients, travel agencies, and group bookings., • Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships., • Generate and manage leads through networking, cold calls, industry events, and online research., • Manage key corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction., • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase hotel facilities., • Negotiate and close contracts for corporate stays, events, and group bookings., • Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with client interactions and sales progress., • Revenue & Performance Management:, • Monitor sales performance and report on KPIs, revenue targets, and market trends., • Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimise pricing and occupancy rates., • Stay updated on competitor activity, industry trends, and market demands to adjust strategies accordingly. Key Requirements: • Proven experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, or business development within the hospitality industry., • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-focused approach., • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships., • Experience in CRM systems and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce)., • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets., • Excellent organisational and time-management skills., • Knowledge of the local market, corporate travel, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales is a plus.
