As a Marketing and Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s growth through strategic marketing initiatives and effective commercial management. You will be responsible for overseeing brand development, market positioning, revenue generation, and customer engagement across all channels. Job Responsibilities: • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends., • Lead brand management initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms., • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and social media., • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance., • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to align marketing strategies with commercial goals., • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics (ROI, lead generation, customer acquisition cost) to drive continuous improvement., • Oversee the commercial planning process, including pricing, forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance analysis., • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances., • Manage key customer and vendor relationships to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction., • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain risk awareness in commercial operations., • Lead and mentor a team of marketing and commercial professionals to deliver results and foster innovation.
Duties and responsibilities: · Maintaining statistical and financial records · Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand, store traffic, and optimize profitability · Create and manage a relaxed, welcoming, customer-focused environment · Dealing with customer queries and complaints · Overseeing pricing and stock control, maximizing profitability, and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so · To control and operate the store in accordance with company instructions, policies, and procedures in order to minimize operating costs and maximise profits. · Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing · Recruit and train new staff and conduct induction · Ensure racks are fully stocked · Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service · Utilizing customer experience and everyday coaching across the team (especially during peak times) · Inform customers about discounts and special offers and managing budgets Skill/experience/qualifications: · Bachelor / Master’s degree or a related study and experience · Excellent all-around managing skills · Strong experience in Excel · Excellent organizational and proven ability to managing the full extent of business requirements · Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Customer management skills
