Lead and supervise the staffs. Manage shift schedules, delegate responsibilities, and ensure team performance aligns with service standards. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by managing service flow, handling complaints, and ensuring prompt and friendly service. Act as the point of escalation for complex customer concerns. Oversee day-to-day floor activities including opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, stock display, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Support onboarding of new staff and conduct on-the-job training. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene legislation, and internal policies. Work with the kitchen and barista teams to monitor stock usage, place restocking orders when needed, and ensure availability of essential items. Report to the Management regarding staff performance, customer feedback, and operational issues.
