Lead and supervise the staffs. Manage shift schedules, delegate responsibilities, and ensure team performance aligns with service standards. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by managing service flow, handling complaints, and ensuring prompt and friendly service. Act as the point of escalation for complex customer concerns. Oversee day-to-day floor activities including opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, stock display, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
