As a Reliability Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our efforts to implement, protect, and continually refine our asset care strategy. Collaborating closely with our production facilities, you'll help boost equipment performance and elevate our maintenance programs. • Collaborate closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure consistent adherence to maintenance programs and practices across all facilities., • Act as the Subject Matter authority for the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring effective use, data integrity, and continuous improvement., • Support both capital and non-capital projects by ensuring reliability fundamentals are embedded throughout. Champion the Early Equipment Management (EEM) process to drive robust design, smooth commissioning, and long-term asset performance., • Spearhead the development and implementation of Criticality Assessments and Risk-Based Maintenance evaluations to maximise asset performance and mitigate operational risks., • Collaborate with manufacturing. and support teams to guide and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring technical failures and breakdowns.
