Their Wing Plant Engineering Team plays a critical role in supporting production through proactive design solutions and process improvements. Due to continued programme growth, they are seeking a Design Wing Integrator to join their team in Broughton and support cross-functional engineering and operational initiatives. THE DESIGN WING INTEGRATOR ROLE: As a Design Wing Integrator, you will act as the bridge between Engineering and Operations, ensuring that design solutions are robust, efficient, and industrially viable. You will support both reactive and proactive engineering activities, implementing design solutions for non-conformances and leading projects to improve product quality and reduce recurring issues. The role involves managing technical topics, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, to cost, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be a key contributor in shaping priorities, driving continuous improvement, and supporting sustainability and operational excellence goals.
