Excellent communications skills Confident telephone manner and able to build rapport over the phone. Competent in MS word, Excel, and Outlook Love working as part of a team. What you will be doing: Outbound calling (all leads provided) Introduction and discovery call Identifying potential opportunities for commercial cleaning contracts Arranging appointments for the sales team Follow up calls. Send marketing literature via email where necessary.
