You will be mainly responsible for seeking and supporting on tender process, once the project is one you will be managing the commercial aspect of projects from start to finish. That will include pricing materials and labour, take offs, variations and going to site to ensure projects are running smooth commercially. Therefore, the ideal candidate for this role will be a technically minded Quantity Surveyor who fosters the value of legacy and integrity in their work and want to continue to progress technically. As well as having a full UK driver's license to travel to site when needed.
