Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account and Business Manager to lead our client acquisition and revenue growth efforts at our travel agency. You will manage key corporate and individual accounts, develop strategic sales plans, and oversee the business development function. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional in the travel and tourism industry with leadership potential. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue for corporate and leisure travel services
Manage and grow relationships with key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital channels, and B2B partnerships
Negotiate contracts and pricing structures with clients, suppliers, and partners
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and service offerings
Lead, train, and motivate the sales and customer service team to achieve targets
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals
Prepare and present regular reports on KPIs, pipeline development, and performance metrics to senior management
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
3+ years’ experience in a similar sales, business development, or account management role, preferably in the travel industry
Demonstrated success in generating new business and managing high-value accounts
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong analytical and commercial acumen
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
