Your Role: Talk, Capture, and Shape Decisions\n Every interview you conduct is vital. Whether you're in a bustling city, a quaint town, or a serene rural community, your mission is to create a comfortable space for people to share their thoughts openly and honestly. Some may be eager to talk, while others might need a little reassurance — that’s where your warmth and professionalism shine! \n You’ll utilize a NatCen device to guide structured interviews and accurately record responses. This role is all about purpose, independence, and a people-focused approach, and you’ll receive comprehensive training before heading out on your own. Field-Based Work with Real Support\n This is a travel-centric role, and you’ll be assigned a defined fieldwork area. With route planning support, you can manage your time effectively and make your visits as efficient as possible. Expect travel times of around 30–60 minutes each way, with some projects requiring longer journeys or occasional overnight stays. Most projects offer paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.
