Client Relations Administrator Location: Uxbridge, West London Working Pattern: Hybrid Hours: Full-time Salary: £35,000–£38,000 full-time equivalent, depending on experience. The Role We are looking for an experienced Client Relations Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to our Client Relations team, with a particular focus on document preparation, form completion, record management, and the careful handling of confidential client information. This role is well suited to an experienced administrator who is comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment and takes pride in producing accurate, well-organised work. A significant part of the role involves supporting the preparation of forms and documentation for high-net-worth international clients, so a polished, dependable, and detail-focused approach is essential. Successful candidates will be expected to progress to Client Relations Executive within 1-2 years. Key Responsibilities • Prepare, pre-fill, and check client forms, templates, and supporting documentation accurately, • Save, organise, and maintain electronic records and files within company systems, • Handle confidential personal and company documentation with discretion and care, • Support the preparation and administration of client application packs and related paperwork, • Scan, print, photocopy, file, and manage physical and electronic documents as required, • Arrange and manage incoming and outgoing courier services for client and company documents, • Respond to routine emails and correspondence in a professional and timely manner, • Answer and manage the main switchboard, directing calls appropriately, • Liaise with internal teams to ensure client documentation is complete and correctly recorded, • Help ensure records, forms, and supporting paperwork are maintained to a consistently high standard, • Support the day-to-day administrative needs of the Client Relations team, • Maintain confidentiality at all times when dealing with sensitive information Candidate Profile We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and professional administrator with strong attention to detail and a calm, methodical approach to work. This role would suit someone who is happy working with forms, templates, supporting documents, and routine administrative processes, and who understands the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, comfortable handling detailed paperwork, and capable of supporting a professional client-facing team in a discreet and organised manner. Skills and Experience • At least 3 years’ experience in office-based administration, case support, document processing, or a similar support role, • Strong attention to detail and a careful, accurate approach to work, • Experience handling forms, supporting documents, records, and process-led administration, • Excellent organisational and time management skills, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, • Professional, dependable, and discreet approach, • Comfortable handling confidential personal information responsibly, • Able to commute to Uxbridge for office-based working as required. This role requires regular attendance in our office, with remote working available for part of the week.
