This is a great opportunity for a strong people leader with a background in transactional finance, who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You’ll shape the team’s direction, drive continuous improvement, and ensure accurate and timely commission processing as part of an efficient, customer-focused team. 🚀 Our Mission? What You’ll Be Doing in the Role • Lead and develop a high-performing Commissions team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, • Define and manage team objectives, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure consistent performance, • Own and evolve the Commissions strategy to support growth, efficiency, and compliance, • Drive automation and process optimisation across systems and platforms, • Collaborate with Sales and IT teams to ensure seamless operations and manage escalations, • Provide insights and reporting to support decision-making, while maintaining robust controls and audit trails If you have... • Proven experience in people leadership, ideally within a finance or commercial operations environment, • Strong understanding of transactional finance and commission structures, • A great ability to think strategically and can translate business needs into operational plans, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, • Experience in managing commission schemes in a high-volume or sales-driven organisation, • Familiarity with ERP systems and commission software, • Finance or business-related qualification would be desirable (e.g., AAT, ACCA, CIMA – part or fully qualified) ...we'd love to hear from you!
