The Role As a Canapé Chef within the events team, you will: • Lead the creation and execution of high-quality, visually stunning canapés for premium events, • Work across production and live event service, including evenings and weekends, • Inspire and guide a team of trainees, passing on knowledge and best practice, • Deliver exceptional food consistently, ensuring client expectations are exceeded, • Support with menu development, food prep systems, and event logistics, • Maintain excellent standards of food safety, organisation, and stock control About You This role could suit a strong Canapé Chef, Sous Chef or Pastry Chef with a flair for detail and presentation.
