Requirements: * Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or equivalent environment. * Strong knowledge of British cuisine and experience with banqueting or afternoon tea preparation is advantageous. * Exceptional culinary skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. * A passion for food and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. * Impeccable grooming and presentation in line with luxury hospitality standards. * A positive attitude and a strong team ethic. * Flexibility to work 47 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends and bank holidays.
