£13 - £15 per hour ( Average 45 hrs per week) True Craft started out 6 years ago as a sourdough pizza and craft beer pub in Tottenham. We have quickly earned a reputation for making some of the best pizzas in London. Our pizzas are so unique because our sourdough is fermented for 48 hours. We are also dedicated to sourcing the best quality local ingredients - we buy mozzarella from Essex, to maximise freshness, we source meats from Cobble Lane Cured in Islington, as well as British milled flour. We make everything from scratch in-house and customers keep coming back to us to try our inspiring weekly specials.
