HR Manager, Leicester Permanent, c£40,000 plus car allowance On-site We are seeking an experienced and pragmatic HR Manager to support a fast-paced operational and logistics environment based in Leicester. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you will partner closely with operational leaders to deliver effective HR solutions that support performance, engagement, and compliance. Reporting to the Records Operations Manager you will be responsible for effective verbal and written communication with our clients by telephone and email regarding clients’ requests to retrieve Wills, Deeds and other documents we hold in storage. You’ll bring effective communication skills, accuracy, attention to detail as well as having a problem-solving attitude and effective time management skills and a commitment to continuous improvement. This role will oversee the accounts team, ensure full compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules, and support the operational and financial management of the practice. The successful candidate will work closely with the firm’s leadership team to maintain robust financial controls and support the smooth running of the business.
