Digital Talent Manager Location: Remote | Must be UK based Salary: £35,000 RESPONSIBILITIES • Serve as the main point of contact for creators, offering career guidance, brand development, and partnership strategy, • Source, pitch, and negotiate brand collaborations that align with each creator’s audience, values, and goals, • Identify new growth opportunities across social platforms, product lines, events, and media, • Maintain strong relationships with brands, PR agencies, and industry contacts to maximize opportunities for creators, • Monitor campaign results, engagement data, and creator performance to inform strategy and future deals, • Identify and onboard emerging creators who align with the agency’s vision and client needs MAIN REQUIREMENTS • 2+ years experience as a talent agent within a talent agency (working with digital), • Proven success negotiating and closing high-value brand or media partnerships, • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills, • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment SUMO are an equal opportunities employer.
