Account Manager – Water Hygiene / Legionella Aylesbury + hybrid working Up to £50,000 + OTE £65,000 (uncapped commission on upselling & cross-selling) + benefits Looking to move into a client-focused role where your technical knowledge is genuinely valued? This is a great opportunity to step away from purely hands-on work and into a position focused on client management, retention and growth. You’ll be joining a well-established, privately owned compliance business with a strong reputation in the water hygiene and Legionella sector. Known for their client-first approach, they work closely with organisations across commercial, healthcare, education and public sector environments — focusing on long-term partnerships rather than transactional service delivery. The Role A client-facing position focused on managing and developing existing accounts, ensuring high levels of service delivery and identifying opportunities to grow relationships. This is not a cold sales role — it’s about building trust, retaining business and using your technical knowledge to naturally identify additional work.
