At Exactaform we are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join a market leading company with strong growth plans.\n\nAs a Senior Marketing Executive, your main focus is to translate marketing strategy into clear, structured action plans and deliver them effectively.\n\nWorking under the direction of the Marketing Manager, you will focus on coordination, execution and output delivery across campaigns, content, and digital channels.\n\nThis role is hands-on and delivery-focused. You will be responsible for turning plans into action, ensuring marketing activity is well-organised, consistently executed and aligned to commercial priorities.\n\nYou will work across aerospace, automotive, and advanced manufacturing sectors, supporting multiple product lines in a technically focused B2B environment.\n\nObjectives of this role\n\n * Convert marketing strategy into clear, actionable marketing plans\n\n * Coordinate and deliver day-to-day marketing execution\n\n * Develop marketing assets that are commercially relevant\n\n * Ensure all activity is structured, prioritised and completed to a credible standard.\n\n * Deliver marketing activity that supports lead generation and sales enablement.\n\n * Maintain consistent, high-quality output across campaigns, content and channels.\n\n * Support pipleline growth, lead generation and brand position through effective delivery of marketing activity.\n\n * Build a strong understanding of the manufacturing and engineering sectors.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nCampaign & Execution Delivery\n\nExecute multi-channel campaigns aligned to commercial priorities\n\nEnsure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and to a high standard\n\nWork with internal teams and external agencies to deliver activity\n\nOwn and manage the delivery of marketing activity from plan to execution\n\nContent Planning & Management\n\nSupport the development of a structured content plan aligned to campaigns and sales priorities\n\nEnsure a consistent pipeline of relevant, high quality content\n\nTranslate business priorities into clear, actionable content briefs\n\nContent Production & Quality\n\nProduce content including blogs, case studies, website copy, social posts and PR.\n\nEnsure content is technically accurate, clear and commercially relevant.\n\nReview and refine content to maintain consistency and quality standards.\n\nWebsite & Asset Improvement\n\nContinuously improve product pages, landing pages and marketing assets.\n\nSupport conversion and user experience improvements.\n\nCreate sales enablement materials (presentations, brochures, PDFs)\n\nSocial & Content Distribution\n\nMaintain LinkedIn presence aligned to campaigns and content priorities\n\nRepurpose content effectively across channels\n\nEnsure consistent and professional brand representation.\n\nCRM, Email & Reporting\n\nSupport email marketing and campaign execution via HubSpot\n\nEnsure accurate tracking, segmentation and reporting\n\nMonitor performance and provide practical insights for improvement\n\nRequired skills and qualifications\n\n * 3+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing role\n\n * Relevant Bachelor's degree minimum\n\n * Proven ability to deliver marketing activity from plan to completion.\n\n * Strong copywriting skills across digital and print formats\n\n * Experience supporting or executing multi-channel campaigns.\n\n * Basic to intermediate design capability (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar)\n\n * Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms\n\n * Strong organisational and project management skills.\n\n * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\n\n * Strong communication and presentation skills\n\n * Commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing supports sales\n\nWho We’re Looking For\n\nThis role suits someone who is:\n\nExcels at turning plans into action\n\nHighly organised and structured in their approach\n\nDetail-oriented with high standards of output\n\nComfortable working with technical subject matter\n\nProactive and takes ownership of delivery\n\nAble to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\n\nCommunicates clearly and works well across teams.\n\nYou enjoy creating clarity, building structure, improving quality, and ensuring work is delivered consistently and effectively.\n\nWhy Join Exactaform?\n\nExactaform is a long-established precision engineering manufacturer operating in aerospace, automotive and advanced manufacturing sectors.\n\nYou will be joining during a period of growth and capability expansion, where marketing is becoming increasingly important to commercial success.\n\nThis is an opportunity to:\n\n * Work closely with technical and commercial teams\n\n * Develop marketing that has real business impact\n\n * Take ownership within a clear and well-defined system\n\nAlongside the opportunity to grow professionally, we offer:\n\nFlexible working arrangements\n\nPrivate healthcare\n\nOn-site gym\n\nOn-site canteen\n\nFree parking\n\nCareer development opportunities\n\nExposure to technically advanced industries\n\nAt Exactaform we value diversity and inclusion and welcome applications from all candidates and backgrounds.
