Role Overview We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and customer-focused Operational Lead to take ownership of our operational processes and logistics network. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, up-and-coming superstar who thrives in scaling, optimizing, and streamlining operations within a fast-moving, growing brand. The Operational Lead will oversee the end-to-end operational flow — from supply chain and fulfilment to reporting, inventory control, and 3PL management — ensuring seamless efficiency and exceptional customer experience. This role requires someone who is not only operationally excellent, but also curious, data-driven, and constantly seeking improvement. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen our infrastructure and support OMNES’s continued growth. Key Responsibilities Operations & Supply Chain Management · Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring the smooth movement of goods through the supply chain — from supplier to warehouse to customer. · Manage 3PL relationships, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met across distribution, returns, and reverse logistics. · Partner with suppliers to ensure consistent quality, lead times, and communication across all operational. Logistics & Fulfilment · Coordinate global shipping and delivery schedules, optimizing cost, speed, and sustainability. · Track and resolve issues related to delayed shipments, damaged goods, or stock discrepancies quickly and effectively. · Develop contingency plans to minimize operational disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction. Inventory & Systems Management · Maintain accurate, real-time visibility of inventory across all channels (including Shopify). · Implement and improve systems to track and forecast stock levels, replenishment needs, and product flow. · Build and manage operational dashboards to monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfilment times, and cost efficiency. Process Improvement & Reporting · Identify bottlenecks and develop innovative solutions to drive efficiency and scalability. · Design and implement new processes that align with OMNES’s sustainability goals. · Create clear, data-led reports to support decision-making across the wider business. Customer Experience & Collaboration · Ensure a customer-first mindset in every operational process, from order fulfilment to returns. · Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure operations support broader brand goals. · Provide operational insights to leadership to guide strategic planning and business development. Qualifications & Experience · 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management — ideally in fashion, retail, or eCommerce. · Demonstrated experience with Shopify, inventory management systems, and 3PL logistics. · Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience building operational dashboards and interpreting data to drive action. · Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic and hands-on work. · Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal — able to liaise confidently with internal stakeholders and external partners. · Customer-centric mindset, with a track record of improving service levels and enhancing the customer journey. · A passion for sustainability, ethical fashion, and innovation in business operations.
