\n\n \n \n Job Introduction\n Are you ready to lead a ground breaking supported accommodation service in a stunning Edwardian property and make a real difference in Manchester? \n We are opening a brand-new, fully refurbished Edwardian property in South Manchester – a stunning 5-person shared house, supported accommodation service designed to provide a safe, therapeutic environment. This flagship service will support for men aged 20–40 with mild to moderate learning disabilities and mental health needs, many with a history of trauma, who are leaving prison or at risk of contact with the criminal justice system. \n Our mission is to deliver person-centred, trauma-informed care that promotes independence, reduces risk, and helps individuals reintegrate into the community. Expected outcomes include sustainable recovery, reducing re-offending, improving mental health and wellbeing, and increasing access to education, employment, and positive social networks. The desired outcome is for the people we support to move-on to a less supported environment, within anticipated timescales of 18-24 months \n \n \n \n Role Responsibility\n This is a unique opportunity to shape a new service from the ground up.
