Their diverse project portfolio ranges from small-scale works to major £200+ million contracts across all key sectors including office, residential, education, retail, health, custodial, infrastructure, transport, industrial, and conservation. Currently experiencing significant expansion, they seek the above positions to join their dynamic team in Manchester. The role These opportunities allow self-motivated professionals to take ownership of comprehensive project management services for a key blue light scheme across the North West region. The roles will be based between Manchester and Preston with a mixture of hybrid working. Key responsibilities: • Oversee daily project execution, • Build and nurture client relationships, • Develop project management strategies, • Implement effective processes and systems, • Create cost plans, feasibility studies, and options analyses, • Manage change processes, tracking, and reporting, • Oversee risk and value management, • Coordinate with supply chain and manage procurement, • Communicate with clients, contractors, and designers, • Supervise sub-consultants and Construction Managers, • Lead and facilitate meetings The candidate The successful candidates will have demonstrable experience in consultancy project management and will bring a proactive approach, commitment to customer service, and strong commercial awareness. Requirements: • Strong verbal, numerical, and writing abilities, • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, • Commercial acumen with negotiation expertise, • Adaptability and deadline-oriented work ethic, • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects at various stages, • Experience handling large projects (up to £100m), • Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts, • Blue light or comparable sector experience, • Background in multi-disciplinary organisations, • Skills in developing new business with existing and potential clients, • Ability to identify account growth opportunities, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Our client promotes a healthy, productive, and flexible work environment that respects work-life balance.
