Key Responsibilities • Research, source, and negotiate with suppliers for project-related goods and services, • Manage new and existing suppliers for indirect procurement requirements, • Create, negotiate, and maintain purchase agreements, • Lead tendering and RFQ processes for consultancy services and capital project works, • Analyse market trends and pricing to support procurement strategies, • Conduct Supplier Business Reviews (SBRs), • Use SAP to raise requisitions, purchase orders, run reports, and manage invoices, • Support supplier onboarding and maintain supplier data via SRM systems Key Skills • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in purchasing, ideally within project environments, • Strong knowledge of JCT, CIC, or equivalent contracts (client-side), • Experience using SAP or similar procurement systems, • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills, • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive tasks through to completion, • Strong Excel and data analysis capability, • Team-oriented with a proactive and organised approach If this sounds like you, please get in touch to discuss further or apply directly
