    Senior Sous Chef – AngloThai - Marylebone £50,000 to £55,000 (dependent on experience) Location: 22-24 Seymour Place, W1H 7NL · Full-time, site-based AngloThai is a Michelin-starred, Thai-inspired restaurant on Seymour Place in London, the debut permanent home of husband-and-wife team John and Desiree Chantarasak. John's cooking reimagines Thai flavours through hyper-seasonal British produce, served across a 50-cover dining room and Baan, our 16-cover private dining room, with a wine programme led by Desiree. As the restaurant grows, we are looking for an exceptional, passionate Senior Sous Chef to join the team. As Senior Sous Chef, you will own the day-to-day running of the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, leading a talented team and protecting the standards the kitchen is known for. You will lead by example on the pass, making sure every dish leaves the kitchen exactly as John intends, and step up to run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. You will report to the Head Chef and support the full operation of the restaurant, the kitchen and Baan. This role will suit an experienced sous chef or senior sous chef from a premium or Michelin-starred kitchen, who leads from the front, cares deeply about produce, and wants to grow a team as well as their own craft. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who lives and breathes hospitality. Key Responsibilities • Run the kitchen day to day alongside the Head Chef, upholding the standard on every dish., • Lead by example on the pass, checking every plate before it leaves the kitchen., • Step up to run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, keeping service smooth and consistent., • Support the full operation of the restaurant, the kitchen and Baan, our private dining room., • Motivate and inspire the team to give their best every shift., • Coach and develop the team, building their leadership skills and confidence., • Manage ordering, stock and supplier relationships accurately., • Uphold food safety, allergen management and health and safety standards always., • Work with fresh, top-quality, seasonal produce to the restaurant's exacting standards., • Keep the kitchen, equipment and storage in excellent order, flagging maintenance early.     Fundraising Officer (Part-Time) Location: Eastcote, HA4 9XA (with some potential for home working) Salary: £30,000 FTE (£17,015 pro rata, inclusive of holiday allowance) Hours: 22 hours per week during school term time (39 weeks) plus 7 hours per week for 7 weeks during school holidays Reports to: Fundraising & Communications Manager Help Make a Difference for ADHD and Autistic People Across North West London The Centre for ADHD and Autism Support (CAAS) is looking for a passionate, proactive and relationship-focused Fundraising Officer to help grow our income and expand our impact across North West London. Every year, CAAS supports hundreds of ADHD and autistic children, young people, adults and their families through information, advice, support services, training and community programmes. As demand for our services continues to grow, we are seeking a talented fundraiser who can help us build strong supporter relationships, develop new income streams, and ensure our vital work reaches even more people. If you are an experienced fundraiser who enjoys building connections, creating opportunities and making a real difference in your community, we'd love to hear from you. About the Role Working closely with the Fundraising & Communications Manager and CEO, you will play a key role in developing and delivering fundraising activities that generate sustainable income and increase awareness of CAAS. This varied and rewarding role will include: • Developing and delivering community fundraising initiatives and events, • Recruiting and supporting individual and community fundraisers, • Building relationships with donors, schools, community groups and corporate partners, • Researching and developing new fundraising opportunities, • Supporting trust and grant applications, • Helping to grow digital and social media fundraising campaigns, • Maintaining fundraising records and supporter data using our CRM, • Representing CAAS at events, presentations and community engagements You will also act as an ambassador for the charity, delivering excellent supporter care and helping donors understand the impact of their contributions. About You We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, initiative and a proven ability to generate income through fundraising activities. You will have: Essential • Experience in a fundraising role, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector, • A successful track record in community fundraising, events, individual giving or related income generation, • Experience building relationships with donors, supporters, community groups or corporate partners, • Strong communication and presentation skills, • Excellent written skills, including experience preparing funding applications or fundraising materials, • Experience using a CRM or database to manage supporter information, • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, • A positive, professional and collaborative approach Desirable • Experience supporting fundraising volunteers or volunteer groups, • Corporate fundraising experience, • Experience contributing to larger trust and foundation applications, • Knowledge of digital fundraising and social media campaigns, • A fundraising qualification or equivalent experience, • Full UK driving licence You do not need previous experience of working with ADHD or autistic people.
