SAP Account Manager - Permanent Desk Linksap is a specialist IT recruitment business operating within the international SAP ecosystem. The Opportunity: Due to continued growth and increasing demand across our international client base, we are looking to hire ambitious SAP Account Managers for our Permanent SAP Staffing Division. This is a 180 role with a focus on business development and account management, offering genuine ownership, autonomy, and the chance to build long-term relationships with clients across a highly lucrative global market. Our permanent recruitment team is a smaller, high-growth practice within a highly established SAP recruitment business. Already fully operational with an established client pool, you would step into a warm desk with high potential clients and have the support of a dedicated team of recruiters focused on delivering candidates. The permanent division has been identified as a strategic investment area, with a refreshed approach and significant potential to scale through Linksap’s existing client relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner., • Proactively generate new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts., • Engage with major organisations to qualify their permanent staffing requirements and manage them effectively in close collaboration with our specialist candidate resourcing team., • Own the client-facing recruitment process from CV submission through to offer management., • Negotiate commercial terms alongside senior leadership and business support teams., • Build a strong understanding of client organisations, hiring strategies, and the wider SAP talent market. Your Skillset: A background in recruitment, B2B sales, account management or in another client-facing commercial environment would be an advantage; however we are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds and do not require previous recruitment experience. What matters most is attitude, drive, and the willingness to develop new skills.
