Key Responsibilities:\n \nEngaging with potential clients understanding their financial goals requirements \nResponding to client enquiries and providing comprehensive information about our investment property and market conditions \nManaging a client pipeline and client relationships \nNegotiating with clients closing out investment discussions to ensure clients proceed. \nBook virtual meetings with clients and deliver investment solutions to enable investors to achieve their goals. \nBe able to clearly explain an investment recommendation and analysis. \nAssist with junior consultant training programs. Required Experience:\n \n2 to 3+ years’ sales experience \nWinning and ambitious attitude \nHigh-level performer, with a proven track record \nIndustry knowledge and interest in financial markets \nHighly target driven with the ability to produce strong results consistently. \nAdvanced level of proficiency with MS Office programs such as Excel (essential) and CRM systems \nA professional manner in dealing with internal and external stakeholders. \nGood understanding of the mathematics of property investment (yields, interest, LTV etc.) \nExceptional organisational skills \nWillingness to learn and adapt Benefits:\n \nUncapped Commission \nClear Promotion structure \nGenerous holiday allowance \nmonthly and quarterly social/team-building events \nAutonomous and fun environment \nCompany pension
