The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading national law firm renowned for its expertise in insurance law. As part of the firm’s Property Damage team, you will focus primarily on policy coverage work, advising insurers on a wide range of first-party and third-party property claims. You will handle complex coverage disputes involving fires, floods, escapes of water, impacts, and product liability, providing clear and commercial advice on policy response, exclusions, and declinature. The role also offers exposure to subrogated recovery claims, giving a varied and engaging workload.
