Compliance Manager The Company We are looking for an experienced " Property Maintenance Manager " with a Gas or Electrical background to join a Property Management company based across Cornwall. They provide Property Services and Management to a range of Residential Properties across the private and public sector. Reporting into the Head of Property Assists, the successful" Property Maintenance Manager " will oversee three team leaders and 3 schedulers managing Gas and Electrical Maintenance teams and third team overseeing Legionella, Asbestos Fire and Building Safety. You will be operationally responsible for running the team, its performance and adherence to company standards and values. Compliance Manager Key duties will include: Ensure all teams work to all regulatory and compliancerequirements.
