You will be responsible for achieving key business objectives, coordinating cross-functional activities, and leading multidisciplinary teams to drive collaboration, performance, and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to foster a collaborative team culture while ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and to target outcomes.Responsibilities:• Lead and manage programmes/projects throughout the lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives, timescales, and business goals. • Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate programme risks, implementing corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes. • Review and validate sales proposals, technical estimates, and business cases, ensuring commercial viability and appropriate governance approvals. • Manage programme financial performance, including sales, revenue, profitability, cost control, forecasting, and recovery planning where required. • Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated programme plans with clear milestones, deliverables, resources, and stakeholder alignment. • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring effective collaboration, resource allocation, and issue resolution. • Chair programme review meetings, monitor progress, track actions, manage change requests, and provide regular status updates to customers and senior leadership. • Support contract management and business growth activities by ensuring robust contractual agreements are in place and contributing to new business opportunitiesBut what else?
