Key Responsibilities Deep clean commercial kitchen areas, including floors, walls, surfaces, storage areas, and ventilation systems. Clean and sanitise cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, grills, hoods, filters, etc.) to prevent grease build-up. Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals according to COSHH regulations.
