The main goal is growing the renovation/modernization business and securing a second service life for customer and Otis. On a typical day you will: • Engage in conversation with customer to create awareness and need for renovation., • Present the right OTIS solutions to customer and identify customer specific solutions, • Create configuration pricing and quotes for standard Otis product in the full and partial range of renovation products, • Close deals independently, • Manage both the lower funnel as well as the upper funnel pipeline through CRM and E Log, • Plan and forecast orders on annual quarterly and monthly base, • Collaborate with sales support and delivery team, • Work in cross functional teams for complex bids/RFQ's, • Be a role model and demonstrate commitment to The Absolutes in all daily work, decisions and in the environment created for your team, • Focus on targeting growth from both on and off portfolio customers What you will need to be successful • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, • Commercial acumen, • Negotiation skills, • Drive for business results, • High inte...
