This is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for managing listings, guest communications, pricing, bookings, property inspections and the overall performance of our Airbnb portfolio. Working across platforms including Airbnband Booking.com, you will ensure our properties deliver an exceptional guest experience while maximising occupancy and revenue. You will work closely with cleaners, contractors and our property management team to ensure every property is maintained to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of short-term rental properties across Central London., • Create and optimise listings on Airbnb, Booking.com and other booking platforms., • Manage bookings, pricing, occupancy and guest enquiries., • Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs., • Arrange cleaning, maintenance and contractor visits., • Carry out regular property inspections., • Monitor guest reviews and implement improvements., • Identify opportunities to upgrade properties and improve the guest experience., • Maintain accurate records across company systems., • Support the continued growth of our short-term rental portfolio. About You We're looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You'll ideally have: • Experience managing Airbnb or short-term rental properties., • Excellent communication and customer service skills., • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities., • Experience using Airbnb, Booking.com or similar platforms., • A full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)., • The right to work in the UK. The Role As a Portfolio Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our properties are well managed and our tenants receive an excellent service. The position is primarily focused on coordination, communication, and problem-solving, working closely with tenants, contractors, and the wider management team. The role is predominantly office-based (4–5 days per week), with the flexibility to work remotely where business needs allow. Key Responsibilities • Manage all maintenance requests through Fixflo, ensuring repairs are logged, monitored, and completed efficiently., • Liaise with contractors, tenants, and landlords to coordinate maintenance works and provide regular updates., • Manage property keys using KeyNest, maintaining accurate records and arranging replacement keys where required., • Assist with rent arrears by following up outstanding payments and supporting the collections process., • Carry out occasional property inspections, contractor meetings, and tenant visits., • Support the day-to-day management of our Airbnb portfolio, including bookings and guest coordination., • Provide general administrative support to the property management team., • Ensure accurate records are maintained across our property management systems.
