Facilities Manager, Luxury Retail, London, Permanent, £46,000-£55,000 Our client a luxury Retail Company with a mixture of retail outlets/offices/rental properties based in and around London, South East and the East of England requires a Facilities Manager to join them. This role is based in their flagship London office with travel once a week needed to another property of theirs outside London. This is a stand alone role, so you will be a first class Administrator with great interpersonal skills and the ability to build a rapport with tenants and contractors. The Assistant Manager Leasing is responsible for coordinating and delivering all leasing and reservations activities to achieve budgeted revenue, occupancy targets, resident retention, and leasing goals.
