Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally. Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end dining environment for a Minimum of 2 years. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong organisational skills, multi-tasking abilities & attention to detail. A warm, personable and professional nature. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Knowledge of Health & Safety, Fire Safety regulations and compliance. Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
