We are a growing residential property management company dedicated to delivering exceptional service to property owners, leaseholders, tenants, and residents. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Assistant Administrator to support our Property Management team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our residential portfolio. The Role As an Assistant Administrator, you will provide administrative support to Property Managers, assisting with resident communications, maintenance coordination, compliance tracking, and general office administration. Key Responsibilities • -Provide administrative support to Property Managers and the wider team., • Act as a first point of contact for residents, leaseholders, contractors, and clients., • Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally., • Coordinate maintenance requests and monitor progress through to completion., • Maintain accurate property, resident, and contractor records., • Assist with arranging contractor visits, site inspections, and property meetings., • Prepare letters, notices, reports, and meeting documentation., • Monitor compliance documentation, including health and safety certificates and statutory inspections., • Process invoices, purchase orders, and contractor paperwork., • Update property management software and databases., • Support the preparation of service charge and budget-related documentation., • Assist with general office administration and filing.
