About the Job At Langosteria, every interaction in the dining room is an opportunity to create a memorable experience. We are looking for a No. 2 CDP who brings professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for service to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests. This position is ideal for someone passionate about fine dining service, with strong product knowledge and a desire to elevate the guest experience through skilled presentation and interaction. Expertly present, fillet, and portion fish and seafood tableside with precision and finesse Ensure the fish display is impeccably presented, fresh, and aligned with Langosteria standards Work closely with the kitchen and service team to coordinate timing and meet guest expectations Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and organisation within the fish station Contribute to creating a refined, engaging, and memorable dining experience Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the restaurant to ensure smooth operations About You Minimum one year of experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality Good knowledge of service standards and restaurant operations Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Please apply only if you have the right to work in the UK.
