Restaurants We are looking for a wine-centric and charismatic assistant manager to join our 40 cover, all-day natural wine bar and restaurant serving seasonal plates. Our assistant manager will have a genuine warmth and passion for wines as they support and lead a team of 4. Our small and busy spot in the heart of Carnaby, offers new team members a learning journey into a forever changing and extensive wine menu from small scale and interesting producers.
