The Team The Real Estate Dispute Resolution team is one of the largest standalone property litigation practices in the South East. It is highly ranked across both the Legal 500 and Chambers for Real Estate Litigation in the region. The quality and complexity of the instructions mean the team regularly finds itself opposite some of the leading firms in the country, ranging from top city outfits to large internationals. The Role You will manage a varied caseload of contentious property matters, covering commercial landlord and tenant disputes (business lease renewals, dilapidations, breaches of covenant, rent and service charge disputes, forfeiture, breaks, and rent reviews), real property disputes (restrictive covenants, adverse possession, rights of way, boundary disputes, rights to light, and telecoms), and development, overage, and insolvency-related property work.
