Fire & Security Supervisor Hertfordshire | Hybrid Working£55k + full benefits package We are recruiting on behalf of a leading compliance services provider for an experienced Fire & Security Supervisor. This role combines technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring fire and security maintenance, inspections, repairs and compliance activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard across residential property portfolios.Key Responsibilities\n\n • Supervise engineers, apprentices and specialist contractors.\n, • Manage day-to-day maintenance, testing, inspections and remedial works.\n, • Carry out site audits, quality inspections and compliance checks.\n, • Provide technical support across fire alarms, smoke control, CCTV, access control, door entry, warden call and related systems.\n, • Review RAMS, certifications and contractor competency records.\n, • Support training, development and performance management of engineers.\n, • Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and industry standards.\n, • Investigate technical issues and implement corrective actions.\n, • Produce quotations and support delivery of additional works.\n, • Build positive relationships with residents, clients and stakeholders.\nRequirements Essential\n\n, • Experience supervising fire and/or security maintenance teams.\n, • Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and compliance requirements.\n, • Experience managing subcontractors and reviewing technical performance.\n, • Ability to carry out audits, quality inspections and certification reviews.\n, • Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365 and digital compliance systems.\nDesirable\n\n, • Fire industry qualifications (FIA or equivalent).\n, • Experience within social housing or residential property environments.\n, • Knowledge of related compliance services such as emergency lighting, lightning protection or solar systems.\nKey Measures of Success\n\n, • High levels of technical compliance and certification accuracy.\n, • Strong audit and inspection outcomes.\n, • Up-to-date competency and training records.\n, • Achievement of service delivery and response targets.\n, • Positive customer satisfaction and quality performance results.\nIf you are interested in this role, have any questions or wish to apply, then please send us a copy of your CV.Rob Utilise Recruitment
