An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Reception Supervisor who is head and shoulders above the rest! Your shift pattern will include both early, late and middle shifts and will involve you working one weekend in three. You will also be responsible for safely evacuating the reception area in the event of a fire or emergency and also for training the Reception team to be able to do so in your absence. Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate must have had previous experience in a similar high end establishment and ideally within the hospitality and leisure industry. You should ideally have a minimum of 2 years of experience of leading a small team and should have excellent communication skills along with customer service levels that are second to none. An excellent telephone manner, the ability to take and pass on accurate messages and an eye for detail is a must, as is being computer literate and having the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. You must take pride in your appearance and be happy to conform to our uniform requirements and must also ensure that the rest of the team do the same. Responsibilities: Deliver structured online software training programmes to our clients. Assessing individual and group training needs to establish users’ knowledge/capability of software programmes. Deliver training to users on an individual or group basis Monitor all trainees’ progress, guaranteeing the necessary experience is attained. Maintain individual and group training records Evaluate the effectiveness of each training Document irregularities and work to find solutions. We are looking for a full-time office/business support manager with a strong financial and bookkeeping skill set to look after both, the general accounting and financial management of the business as well as the day-to-day tasks of managing a busy consultation company. These will be the core tasks but it will also mean carrying out general office manager tasks. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of other office staff members.
