In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping Sky's long-term workforce strategy and leading organisational design initiatives that support our transformation agenda. You'll work at the intersection of data, strategy, and people - helping to build the future capabilities Sky needs to thrive, while ensuring our organisational structures are fit for purpose, agile, and effective. What you'll do: • Lead the development and delivery of Sky's Strategic Workforce Plan, aligning future skills and capabilities with long-term business strategy., • Drive Organisational Design and Effectiveness initiatives to support transformation programmes and evolving business needs., • Partner with senior leaders and the People Directorate to shape and embed Sky's integrated People Strategy., • Translate workforce data and insights into compelling business cases and measurable actions that influence executive decision-making., • Build and evolve core strategic workforce solutions in collaboration with People Ops, Tech, and Group teams., • Maintain a strong external perspective, bringing in best practices, benchmarks, and innovation to continuously improve our approach., • Provide expert guidance on strategic workforce planning, org development, and effectiveness tools and methodologies., • Mentor and support a high-performing team, fostering collaboration across Sky Markets and Group functions. What you'll bring:, • Proven expertise in both Strategic Workforce Planning and Organisational Design, with strong data analytics and commercial acumen., • Ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear storytelling, business insight, and evidence-based recommendations., • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to align external trends and internal data to shape strategy and drive decisions., • Experience working cross-functionally in complex, matrixed environments, ideally within a group structure., • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex people data into actionable business insights., • A proactive, innovative mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement., • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build advocacy across senior leadership., • A collaborative, can-do approach with a passion for mentoring and developing others. As the NPD Manager, you'll be reporting to the Senior Manager of NPD & Marketing, and will drive NPD, EPD and Innovation opportunities across the customer base, while building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Client Details This opportunity is with a well-established Food manufacturer based in Dartford Kent, known for its innovative approach and commitment to quality. Operating as part of a medium-sized team, the company focuses on delivering exceptional products to its customers. Description Collaborate on customer tenders with Commercial, Category, Procurement, and Technical teams; ensure all stakeholders are informed, briefs are managed, and deadlines met. Work across functions (Technical Managers, Account Managers, Category Insights, Packaging) to develop new offerings and support trials as needed. Stay updated on market trends, emerging technology, legislation, and industry standards. Oversee NPD sampling, specifications, and coordination with Customer Technologists. Partner with NPD Technologists to develop new production methods and trial new processing techniques, machinery, hand processing, and packing. Ensure smooth flow of new products through trials and production, identifying areas for development. Launch new products to agreed timelines. Identify and communicate production best practices to teams via guides, specifications, and meetings. Conduct regular benchmarking of our products and competitor products. Lead at least one Product Innovation Day annually with Category Insights, Packaging, and Procurement teams.Profile A successful NPD Manager should have: 2-7 Years of proven experience in product development or product launch/ project management within the FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards. Experience in food innovation with a proven track record of collaborating across cross-functional teams, including R&D, Technical, Compliance, Supply Chain, Packaging, and Marketing. Excellent project management and organisational skills. The ability to analyse market trends and consumer behaviour effectively. Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. A results-driven mindset with a focus on innovation and creativity. A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.Job Offer Competitive salary and bonus.
