Role: Senior National Account Manager Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (+ Car Allowance) Location: Lacock, Wiltshire Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week We’re looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused Senior National Account Manager to take ownership of major accounts, spanning both UK retailers and ecommerce platforms. What you’ll be doing: • Managing key national accounts, ensuring exceptional service and performance., • Delivering a customer-centric experience aligned with our shell egg strategy., • Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams to achieve shared goals., • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within your accounts., • Driving profitable growth and long-term value., • Leading commercial negotiations in line with strategic objectives., • Balancing customer needs with business priorities, including planning price increases., • Coordinating new and seasonal product launches at customer level., • Enhancing visibility and accessibility of Stonegate products across your accounts., • Supporting forecasting and demand planning with supply chain teams., • Representing Stonegate Farmers at customer meetings and industry events., • Mentoring and supporting the development of the National Account Executive. What we’re looking for: • Proven experience in national account management, ideally within FMCG or retail., • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills., • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities., • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach., • Passion for delivering customer excellence and driving growth., • Experience working cross-functionally and managing product launches., • Knowledge of ESG and ethical trading standards is a plus.
