Reporting to the Head of Regional Install UK / Contracts Manager UK, youll help drive performance, support strategic growth, and maintain strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include: • Leading installation delivery, quality, and Health & Safety standards, • Managing your own financial work bank and supporting cost optimisation, • Coordinating subcontractors on site, • Monitoring defects, scope deviations, and documentation accuracy, • Planning manpower and equipment to meet project timelines and budgets, • Conducting regular safety and quality audits, • Supporting team development through performance assessments and annual appraisals, • Managing workload to maximise productivity and forecast accuracy, • Preparing reports and programmes for senior management Youll be a great fit if you bring: • Experience working within an installation environment, • Proven experience supervising or managing engineering teams, • Strong organisational and communication skills, • Ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, • A full UK driving licence, • Experience with Mechanical Fire Suppression systems, • Ideally 3+ years in the Fire/Sprinkler industry, • Good PC literacy, including Microsoft Office At Johnson Controls, were shaping a safer, smarter, more sustainable world.
