The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of service across the sales function.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Sales Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for incoming customer enquiries and responsible for managing quotations, orders, and customer queries efficiently and professionally.\n\nYou will work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and excellent customer support throughout the sales process.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nHandling inbound calls to the sales team\nProcessing customer quotations and sales orders accurately\nManaging customer service enquiries and resolving issues efficiently\nLiaising with internal departments regarding customer queries and concerns\nMaintaining accurate records and updating internal systems\nSupporting the wider sales team with administrative duties\n\nRequirements\n\nPrevious experience in a Sales Administrator / Sales Order Administrator role\nExperience working within a B2B environment\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nProfessional and confident telephone manner\nExcellent listening and customer service skills\nCompetent using Microsoft Office packages\nExperience using Sage is highly desirable\nStrong attention to detail and organisational skills\n\n SER-IN
