An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Services Executive to join a fast-paced and collaborative business. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement. You will play a key role in managing customer relationships, processing complex orders, and ensuring a seamless service experience from enquiry through to delivery. This is a B2B role, offering excellent benefit and hybrid working.
