Chef de Partie – Four-Star Hotel | Windsor An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade of a four-star hotel in Windsor. This role is ideal for a motivated chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, thrives in a professional kitchen environment and is keen to continue developing their career. The Role • Preparing and presenting high-quality fresh food., • Catering for a variety of events, such as meetings, buffets, weddings and other functions., • Working across multiple kitchen sections as required, maintaining consistent standards of quality and presentation, • Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards, • Supporting food cost control and minimising wastage, • Coaching and supporting junior kitchen team members About You • Previous experience in a professional, commercial kitchen (hotel experience advantageous but not essential), • Strong attention to detail with experience producing both à la carte and buffet food, • Confident working with fresh ingredients in a high-volume environment, • A genuine passion for food and professional development, • Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards, • Reliable, flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment, • Available to work mornings, evenings and weekends on a rota basis If you’re ready to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, apply now and help shape the future of this exciting operation
