THE ROLE As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of multiple projects across a number of accounts and uphold positive relationships with your clients. You’ll thrive on speaking to a diverse mix of clients – both in terms of their positions but also the industry they work in. THE RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Service • Oversee the day-to-day management of a varied range of accounts., • Develop an understanding of your clients’ product/service, the market in which that product/service is sold and the various target audiences., • Become a trusted advisor to your clients, • Use critical thinking to understand briefs and devise solutions that exceed expectations., • Lead meetings and calls with clients, ensuring all key information is recorded and acted upon., • Add value to clients’ communication materials through content development and refinement., • Prepare and issue client communications including cost estimates/confirmations, contact reports/follow up emails and timelines, etc., • Notify your line manager of any client changes that may impact the business. Internal Process • Seamlessly lead projects from conception through to completion both on time and on budget, in line with our internal processes., • Manage multiple jobs simultaneously and keep a cool head under pressure., • Prepare briefs (written or verbal) for creatives and brief them on projects., • Evaluate creative ideas and provide feedback to designers to ensure that our output meets or exceeds the client brief., • Manage the financials across your accounts including estimating, forecasting and tracking, and play a key role in ensuring the financial health and profitability of your accounts., • Positively contribute creative ideas in brainstorms and briefing sessions., • Thrive in a fast-paced and creatively rewarding environment., • Support the Directors in all additional tasks as reasonably required by the Company. Business Development • Seek opportunities to upsell services in response to client briefs, identify areas for organic growth within existing clients or opportunities for new business., • Confidently explain our service offering to existing and prospective clients., • Support the Directors in preparing documents for new business opportunities.
