We represent clients across business-to-business, residential, and event campaigns. Our focus is on providing excellent customer service, driving results, and developing future leaders within our team. The Role We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Sales & Customer Service team. This is a face-to-face role where you’ll represent clients, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. No previous experience is required, as full coaching and mentoring will be provided. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers across B2B, B2C, and event campaigns. Deliver excellent customer service and represent client brands professionally. Meet and exceed sales targets, following company processes and systems. Work as part of a team, attending training sessions and team meetings. What We Offer Uncapped earnings, typically £450–£550 per week to start, increasing with experience. Coaching and mentoring to support career progression. Clear routes into leadership and management roles. Regular team activities, national/international events, and trips (expenses covered). Central Slough location with transport links and parking. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential. About earning: In terms of earnings, the role is Self employed as a Brand Ambassador which means 100% Commission based and the commissions are UNCAPPED.
