The Role We are looking for an experienced, responsible and commercially minded Supervisor to take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our intimate cocktail bar in Bank. This is not a back-office management position. It is a highly hands-on role, with the majority of each service spent on the floor: welcoming guests, managing the customer experience, driving sales and supporting smooth service. You will work alongside one other member of staff, so you must be comfortable leading by example and getting involved in every aspect of the operation. Cocktails account for approximately 90% of our sales, making a strong cocktail background essential. You should have excellent product knowledge, confidence discussing drinks with customers and the ability to deliver consistently high standards during both public service and private events. The successful candidate will be trusted with significant autonomy and will play an important part in the future growth of the business.
