Skills and Qualifications: ● Ideally ICE,MRICS, MCIOB or other suitable professional bodies considered (but not essential) ● A good academic background is essential; therefore, the prospective candidate must have an undergraduate degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or any related subject. ● A complimentary postgraduate qualification in either Project Management or Construction Management will be essential. ● A minimum of 5 years in building and project management experience, as well as proven project delivery experience at planning and construction stages will be essential. ● A full understanding of project delivery, costs, and programme management in both residential and commercial settings. ● You will have the ability to compile project programmes, review, amend and update them using MS Project, Aster or similar construction programme software. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills ● A dynamic individual with a pro-active approach and excellent problem-solving skills. ● A hands-on approach and a willingness to work with and alongside the team. ● A proven ability to lead and build strong relationships with internal and external teams. ● An effective team leader and team player with the ability to work autonomously and work under own initiative. ● Excellent design skills and high proficiency at understanding building regulations. ● Willingness to undergo of and on-the-job training. ● Good interpersonal skills and eloquence in English.
