We're looking for a Social Creative who loves creating social-first content for brands, across reactive, community-led, culture-first content as well as original content series - specifically for brands' TikTok and Instagram channels. The right person knows how to craft and ideate a great social-first idea, as well as shoot on mobile/support on art direction, for both business-as-usual content and social campaigns. You know how to translate trends and cultural movements into social-first narratives. You'll report into our Associate Creative Director, whilst having a line report yourself who's a Sr Content Creator. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead the day-to-day delivery of social-first video content across multiple client accounts, focusing on always-on content., • Ideate and plan for toplines and full briefs on social-first video shoots., • Attend, lead, and direct content shoots, ensuring quality and creativity align with client expectations and platform best practices., • Support on Art Direction for larger, camera-shot social campaigns., • Guide and mentor a team of Content Creators, elevating their creative thinking and the way they shoot mobile-first content., • Translate social insights and trends into creative concepts that spark conversation and drive engagement., • Lead the ideation and presentation of creative strategies for client pitches and campaign kickoffs., • Work alongside our Associate Creative Director to elevate the creative strategy for our client's creative content., • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand vision and translate it into standout social-first creative., • Support the growth of the creative department by identifying talent gaps, improving workflows, and contributing to hiring decisions.
